Had a terrible experience too. I was returning from work and booked a namma yatri sedan and the second I sat in the cab and I thought I smelt alcohol. I immediately asked him what the smell was and he said it's nothing.

Not even 100 meters after the pick up, he started to fidget with his phone, talk to himself make some random hand actions and I freaked out! I asked him to drop me off right there and he began to ask me the full fare. I would have given him double the amount just to be let out as I'm pregnant and did not want to take any risk. He just took the minimum amount that showed up once he ended the ride and didn't ask me for more.


I got off, booked an uber premiere and got the hell out! I did leave a feedback and the customer service team called me up to check up on me. Not sure what action has been taken.


Some drivers also don't turn on the AC even when I book an AC cab. I need to specifically ask them for it. Or they turn it on and sneakily turn it off mid journey! This really angers me and I usually end up calling them out for this.
