I think you might be able to get it done near the Mumbai General Post Office near Victoria Terminus. The place is called reliable prints and I went but it was a printing shop where they deal with customizations like this. For me particually I went to print some bulk postcards over there.

Maybe go and enquire and check it out for yourself and if you search on google for print shops in that area you will find many options. Hopee this helps!
