First of all know that since English is not your first language it is okay to make mistakes and they shouldn’t stop you from continuing to learn and speak in English. Consider yourself as a child who is just learning to speak (in this case in English) so you can cut yourself some slack because we won’t expect a child to speak fluently in a language without any mistakes from the get go. Then start forming the sentences in your mind in English as opposed to thinking in your first language and then translating it to English. Learn the correct pronunciation of the words which will boost your confidence. Use simple words and keep your sentences simple and smaller. Create scenarios in your mind where you are being asked questions and or being engaged in a conversation and write down what you want to respond with and use MS Word document (if you can) or use open AI to validate those sentences grammatically and effectively which would help you know where you did well and where you might need to improve. Once you get a head start with this, start recording your responses and thoughts and listen to them. This will tell you how you are scaling and help you speak confidently. All the best. Once again a reminder on English not being your first language means you know another language well and this is just an additional skill you are developing. Just like an Englishman learning Spanish of French.
