Keep this car. It is still very relevant in today's scenario. Nothing out there in this segment is a noticeable improvement. Just install a new headunit with carplay/android auto and you'll be set, it's quite the quality of life improvement.
44k is nothing for this car and you'll as it is get a terrible resale. I had the Sportz variant back in 2011 and I quite enjoyed it. The gear shifts are so smooth, as is the ride. I loved driving it around in the city
