Don’t buy it, 1litre engine is anyway to small to pull a car of this size for, mating it with a turbo is even disastrous for engine life.

I believe 1.5L VTEC is more reliable. Also, I feel that the price benefit in buying a demo car in your case isn’t worth the trade off, instead chip that extra money and buy a new car altogether. I would pick Honda Elevate VX variant.
