2. You can network with your people around if they can suggest someone based on the past xperience they have worked with them
3. Linkedln Search, if you can find list of devs with the skills you want you can reach out to them
4. Hire through a dev outsourcing website or an on-demand flexible full-stack team. As you would be working too on the project so you can get a flexible team to speed up your work

Look good, smell good and have some class when you approach someone and not look desperate, you'll be fine

Trading can be taught, not a problem.

However, the hardest part will be **the experience** you have to spend with real time and hardening psychology. The technical part would take 3-6 months, and the psychology part would take 2 solid years of real time commitment to be successful.
