Mixed experience. My first two orders were spot on in terms of quality, and the extra payment for express shipping ensured delivery within 3 days. However, the very next order I placed just a few days later was a letdown. It took 10 days to arrive despite opting for express shipping, and the product didn’t match the description or images on their app/website. To top it off, they don’t offer money refunds..only store credit or gift cards. Not sure how I feel about the brand anymore mainly because of their refund policy. ( This is a very recent experience…I placed these orders around 20th dec)

I have been facing the same problem for more than a year now. It shows the executive is out for delivery for the entire day and suddenly after 10 PM it says you missed the delivery when the fact is I never receive a call or a door knock. Upon calling, the executive never answers the phone.
The next day the same thing happens and the delivery gets cancelled automatically.

I raised the complaint and they said they are aware some of the delivery executives are not following the SOPs and they are working on it.

I know someone who can teach Hindi.... DM me...
