What is the condition of general berth in train from vns to kanpur?
Condition of general birth is shit if you consider North India. Why are you not considering travelling via bus? -

In the pretext of ending Pankaja Munde's political career.
The present CM forgot to realize that he was patronizing a thug in the form of Dhananjay Munde.
Just wondering was Late Gopinath Munde of the same kind ? -
Why didn't Bhagwan Vishnu ever take birth in a poor labourer',s family?
No offence, but these questions serve no purpose. Why wasn't he born with an extra chromosome, why wasn't he born with a genetic disorder, why wasn't he born malnourished in a famine-stricken society, why didn't he get typhoid/cholera/polio/smallpox etc etc. -

Anyone had close encounters of the thirdkind in Chennai, that you never opened to anyone because no one will believe it?
My brother and me have both had at different times though. He had a very severe gut issue as a kid and after having met 3 entities that came and operated on him in a futuristic theatre while being in our room though he was completely healed with a mild scar that went away in 3 days. He was around 7 when he had his.
I had one way later in life where I was spoken to about a 7 year peace deal with Israel over a decade ago that would happen by 2025 to 2027 and then the world as I know it would end by 2033 but I’d be taken away before that to be kept safe while the world went through hell. I’d then be back in a new body and a new government would be established with the end of Fiat currency and debt based currency. I was also told about the pandemic and more pandemics etc and even bought masks that I was warned would be useless but I’d have to buy them and got a bunch of n95 for friends and family in 2015/2016 itself.
He told me a lot of other stuff about 70 archons over the nations, the babel incident and about super intelligence etc. there would be ecumenical unity between the Catholic and many if not all Protestant churches and even a unity between Islam and the Catholic Church who would then bless the man who barters a 7 year peace deal with Israel and many nations that would be broken after 3.5 years and then all hell breaks loose blah blah (he called me methuselah when he addressed me first but then he called me my real IRL name) -

I'm fasting tomorrow give me tips
Hey congrats on doing this it’s highly rewarding. I did my first last year for Mahashivratri. I would recommend still drinking water especially for your first fast as you don’t want to overshock your body. If you feel a particularly difficult hunger spike, chug a glass of water and that will actually satiate it for a while. Since it’s a holy day, be still, calm and spend much of the day meditating, reflecting and perhaps studying scripture. If you’re doing less physically demanding activity you’ll crave less meals. The biggest hurdle is the first third of the day. Once you ignore your hunger long enough it relaxes. And then you just have to let it exist and pass anytime it comes back to complain that you’re hungry.
The last big hurdle is the moment you start your fast you will feel hungry immediately. It’s all psychological and it’s your body’s reaction to thinking it can’t find food it panics by instinct. Just rest easy and let the hunger slowly pass. If you can’t get your mind off it. Imagine eating. Think of how good the texture taste and smell is in your mind. Eat it in your mind and all your soul to be fed through the image. This worked for me the first time when I almost broke the fast and it helped me to push past the worst part.
It sounds scary when you’ve never done it. But it’s really not so bad and you genuinely feel incredible after. Good luck and god bless -
Why does almost every woman in Kerala have hypothyroidism?
It’s not just Kerala. The rate of hypothyroidism is reported to be quite high, at 11%, in all of India. In fact, the rate is higher in the northern regions compared to Kerala. This is something that endocrinologists and other medical doctors/researchers in India have been concerned about for a decade now. Because the government has been promoting iodized salt and yet the rates still remain high.
Vitamin D Deficiency is correlated with hypothyroidism and that’s pretty common among Indians. So that’s probably a factor. I’m sure deficiencies in other vitamins like zinc, iron and selenium are contributing factors as well.
Thyroid issues are prevalent in my family as well. My grandmother actually had a goiter. And both my sister and I had thyroid cancer when we were in our late teens/early twenties (we both had thyroidectomies and now take synthroid pills every morning). I’m guessing there’s a genetic component too. -

Kohli this Rohit that, these legends had a 40+ avg in their 'lean or bad patch'. If RoKo kids think Gavaskar talks too much, he has earned that right
gavaskar was an anomaly..however that era was diff..moreover to bring him into the discussion is fickle at the first place cuz the series is fkn named after him...so that's that...
and all this lean patch, prime, peak has nothing to do whatsoever..for a batsman in tests, it's technique regardless of the pitch...the 'fans' lose the plot here...irrelevant of the fame and net worth anyone had...on the pitch...the only thing that stands with u is ur technique and that needs to evolve and corrected..when it's not a flat track one needs to adapt..smith did it in 2017 in india on that sheer apology of a pitch in Pune where he made 109* and the entire indian team was bowled out for 105...he did it once again this time..that's what it is..the fundamentals
