LTE is 4g. The nornal 4g with different bands where you use one at a time. Like the high-speed band of jio is band 4000. There are generally 3 types of bands:-

1. Calling best data worst

2. Mid - mid

3. High speed data call signal bad

In 4g+, you normally use a combination of them at a time instead of just one hence the speed is higher in 4g+ mostly while sometimes you want it to go to normal 4g because signal is better in normal 4g calling/mid band.
