Drop these two, and go for the Alcazar. An excellent premium offering for Big families. Very comfortable for a family of 5, and will get you all the Hyundai bells and whistles.

If not this, the Thar Roxx is another macho option. Although I don't exactly know of its Rear seat comfort, but it's spacious, gets a nice automatic gearbox with the Petrol models, and is simply big. Suspensions have been changed and tuned really well and Mahindra engines are absolute monsters, so no issues on the highways.

But the Alcazar shall tick most of your boxes. Not very big like the Roxx, and shall be easier on the reliability front. Fit & Finish is also better in Hyundai.

There is a reason for third party insurance. If your vehicle has significant damage you can file a case and get their insurance to reimburse your damage. If the damage is minor or you have bumber to bumber insurance claim your own insurance and rectify the damage. You cannot force a person pay for damage to your vehicle. Even police won't force them to do so. The rule of thumb if your vehicle is involved in accident is to pay the damages upto 2k( which is the common fine a person can get if it goes to court) or it can go to court.
I would suggest you to ask them the insurance deductible and claim your insurance.
