Actually i am deciding to repeat 11th bcs i have only studied only 3-4 chapters of 11th till now (bcs i lost my parents this year and since i m mentally weak it took 6 month for me to recover) my case is so diff from other students who want to repeat 11th (also im preparing for jee + a dummy student and i've decided to not take a drop year after 12th)

I was watching a video the other week about depression and he made a good point. With depression, you're going to feel bad doing nothing. You're also going to feel bad doing something. So maybe I just do something even though I don't feel like it because it'll give me the opportunity to feel better, even though it might not. But when we do nothing, we will most likely feel bad anywhere and there's no much chance of that changing when we do nothing. Food for thought, its a fair point, I struggle with that too though. Not really feeling like doing anything or caring at all. But when I do stuff it does make me feel good! So best to just do things anyways even though we don't feel like it

Personally I would not recommend skipping breakfast for weight loss. You should eat a lot in breakfast and least in dinner. Make sure you poop well
