I frequently harp on ethics being important to me when I'm working for somebody but it really does matter.

I've worked for too many executives who don't seem to have the same ethical framework that I do. Generally, I just want executives to be honest and respectful towards employees and customers and to be focused on the business in a serious capacity. I'm a huge believer in win-win from the seven habits.

I try to ask enough questions early on to discover if I'm going to have a conflict with the people. But it's hard sometimes because sometimes you can't know what somebody's plan was all along.

I was really struggling and a past job and one of my friends stopped me and said to me quite frankly that I needed to determine what my values were and if my values were not in alignment with the company I just needed to leave, because it was causing me stress and anxiety. Life's too short to be unhappy.
  9. Anyone play badminton or tennis in chitrakoot stadium or nearby?

    7 months
I usually come there in the evenings for my workout and meditation. I’ve never played tennis before, but if you’re willing to teach me, I’d love to learn. As for badminton, I’m not at an elite level, but I can definitely play competitively for fun. Let me know if you’re interested—I can make time!

Take up a hobby class or something, or say an additional offline course to upskill your current work profile, you can use that excuse to hang out. Atleast till the time you confront them or have a place of your own.

  16. Seeking individuals who can assist me with coffee research this weekend

    7 months
I like coffee, but I avoid it or only drink it when I haven’t had enough sleep and need to stay active that day. This is because, after drinking coffee, my anxiety seems to increase. I might be wrong, but I’d feel good if you could help me, and maybe it would also clear up any misinformation I have about coffee.
  17. I feel like crying when I think about Krishna.

    7 months
I also feel this way :) I think it's important to recognize that tears are not always indicative of negative emotions, they are just an outward expression of strong feeling- and in this case those strong feelings are love, empathy, and devotion. So let yourself cry when the devotion comes strongly through you, and know that Krishna is always with you and he sees the pure love you have for him. It is a gift šŸ™
  18. Hate the founder but believe in the product

Document it. Prepare yourself to leave. Then do the work to leave.

What's the purpose of staying? The bigger you grow the company, the bigger the risk when the founder is caught in public behaving like this, and then you're going to be tagged with it.

  20. Why didn't Bhagwan Vishnu ever take birth in a poor labourer',s family?

    7 months
    **Hare Krishna**

Dear devotee you are wrong here!! Krishna took incarnation in every form.
As you are talking about the poor then what about Ved Vyasa ji? He was the son of a fisherman.
What about Lord Narsimha? He didn't come into a rich or poor family he came out of a pole!!
Matsya avatar, Kurma Avatar, Vaman avatar.

People get this question because they don't consider or they don't know any other incarnation of the lord except Ram ji and Krishna ji.

Many incarnation of the lord happen in a King house because the Lord had to establish Dharma by saving devotees and punish evil as Krishna said in Bhagwat Geeta!!

    paritrāṇāya sādhÅ«nāṁ
    vināśāya ca duį¹£kį¹›tām
    dharma-saṁsthāpanārthāya
    sambhavāmi yuge yuge

To deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to reestablish the principles of religion, I Myself appear, millennium after millennium.

To reestablish dharma we need Kshatriye that's why Krishna took most of his incarnation in the Kshatriye king home.

But if you see in kal yug to establish Dharma only Sadhu is required that is why everyone took avatar in sadhu form
For ex: Krishna as Buddha, Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu,
Shiv ji as Shankaracharya ji, Hanuman ji as Madhavacharya Ji, Bhrama ji as Haridas Thakur ji and many more.
