Scaling: How do you document processes and knowledge? I will not promote
It's impossible to give you a meaningful advice if you don't share:
- how many employees?
- how many offices?
- what tools do you use currently?
- what's your headcount growth rate?
- what do you even struggle with? like ok, it's a mess, but how? -

What’s the best and efficient way to market your startup to get customer? (I will not promote)
They say “don’t do things that don’t scale for a reason.” I understand your point though. The reason is every SaaS starts with founder led sales. That definitely doesn’t scale but what you learn during it helps you know how to scale. When you don’t have budget to burn on experiments that’s how we all started.
As cliche as it sounds if you can sell to one you can sell to millions. Like the other founders here are saying if you can find out everything to know about that one ICP (initial customer profile) that’s an early adopter that will LOVE your product, you will start slow to scale very quick.
If you look at most successful SaaS companies they all started here. It’s a grind at first but then you definitely will scale properly. -

What's the funniest reason you've ever quit a job???
I personally know lots of blue collar and office staff keralites in the gulf has left their jobs to MARRY and be with their spouses. Doesn't it sound ridiculous. The very same assholes end up working for daily meagre wages. The ex office staff finds it difficult to scoop down for other jobs in kerala. They are the auto riks, taxi and Uber engaged in all sorts of anti social activities. -
Can a YouTube channel be considered a startup? 'i will not promote'
I’m torn on this one. Channels can grow, sometimes rapidly. They produce income. They can even take investment (Dude Perfect took $100M in investment fairly recently). But, in almost all cases the owner of the channel is a big part of the product. Which means the value is largely in the person and not the company. It can’t just be sold and still be successful.
Startups are about rapid growth, fast traction, scalability, and the company being the ultimate product. I don’t think a YouTube channel really fits the definition. -
