It starts with changing the attitude and mindset of the ppl. I have seen ppl from bihar being very self centered they only focus on their own profit. Once we bring that long term thinking and action plan, lets hope the politicians share the same maindset and do not just divert all the funds into their pockets.
Bihari ppl already have the talent to do it. I live in Delhi NCR and know a lot of bihari businessmen having 100+cr businesses.
