I’m a huge Kohli fan but he never looked settled today to be honest. Look at the innings where he has scored he seems calm and content, doesn’t try a lot. Recently he looks like he is trying very hard to score. Moving a lot more than needed. I believe he will bounce back just need to spend time at the crease.

If he was mot a minor, the other person is not his guardian. Merely a custodian of the documents which should have been in the custody of your friend during passport control. Sorry OP, it was not unfair. Your friend took the situation lightly. A good lesson for the future I guess.
