Lol while it's a great idea and many many before have tried, I would rethink going down this path.
First, you're going to need a large number of "study cases" or legit customer testimonials that this program even works. 2nd if you plan on charging for this, step 1 is crucial! Mandatory even. And whoever wrote $30-$100 is out of their mind. No one in their right mind would pay that much a month for a pdf checklist or word document or even a basic app that you check things off on. Third, you'd need a buttload of sub categories. I mean differentiate by AGE, hell even gender, if they have kids or not, married or not, even by seasons, geo locations etc. example: some might be in the thick of super cold winters so a walk outside or bike ride ain't happening. Same thing for age and especially if they have kids or pets. I have two kids, I barely have time for myself or to shower even, so picking up a new hobby is LOL. Lastly in order to gamify mundane tasks and life in general...it going to need rewards! A end goal. Something to strive for or to obtain. A digital sticker or a digital pat on the back is a dime a dozen. And the idea of, oh doing this this and that will make me feel more accomplished or productive and happy, will take one slip up or stumble/obstacle from ditching the whole thing. Hope this helps.
