I will never get on why is this a huge fiasco. I understand that what he said deserves to get criticised, but lodging a fir and being called over to the parliament is something else. Does the government have literally nothing else to put their attention over?

But I’m interested in it too. Dpf is just there to cause issues, and if it gets clogged in India they dont have the expertise to clean it. They’ll ask you to buy a new one and for cars like kia the whole assembly costs 1.5L. In other countries, they manually heat and unclog the dpf and give it back for a few hundred pounds. Whereas replacing it fully costs min £2,000. No wonder people will opt for cheaper and better solutions.
