I have similar experience.

I bought my Ather 450X from this showroom a couple of years ago and always keep up with the service schedule. But recently, I dropped it off for a regular service and they promised to have it ready by 5 PM. I waited until 4:45 PM and tried calling, but no one answered. I kept trying, and finally got through to someone who said I couldn't pick it up until the next day. I was pretty frustrated because they promised to have it ready on time.
I tried to reach the person assigned to my scooter, but couldn't get a hold of them. I finally got in touch with someone else who said I could pick it up before 7 PM. When I got there, my scooter wasn't even washed, and the service area was empty. I asked one of the sales guys, and a manager-type guy actually started washing my scooter himself! I felt a bit sorry for him. We waited there for a while, and finally, some other guys showed up to help wash it.
I noticed other customers were also having similar issues with the service. In the end, I got my scooter, but then had to wait another half an hour to charge it before I could leave.

That's an actual charge airports are taking (~200rs for every 5 min after 5 min of entering the terminal) to discourage cabs hogging up the airport parking. When I went to surat my driver was charged 200 bucks which he paid in front of me while existing the terminal at the checkpoint. He didn't charge me for it since mine was a pre-paid cab which is always the best option for airport rides.
