During my travels in Kerala, I loved eating Sweet Bonda at bakeries and tea shop outlets. Please sell them and banana snacks at your food truck. The ease of eating those bondas will make it a good take away for the corporate employees.

I don't recommend Non veg. Finding fresh fish in Hyderabad is difficult. Any beef curry will alienate much of the Telugu crowd and you would be competing with popular muslim eateries which would be a disadvantage.

I used to drive to and fro every week. I can tell you it’s the most efficient way to go from door to door. You gotta find frens or travel solo. Ideally if you travel alone don’t drive. Use a busses bro… they leave often. Only thing is morning time doon the tuk tuk 🛺 will charge you more than uber to bus stop. Also of course book some train and flights in advance if you wanna plan.

I have a powerful automatic car and like to drive. But trust me when you drive alone specially beyond traffic hours speeding hogi at least till permissible limits. Event though roads are nice and all but some cuts and points are not advisable for nighttime…. Ps I used the highways with tolls even that racks up.

Never do redbus till you familiarize your self with all options and prices…. I liked to drive or move like a foreigner backpacking across India 🤪
