You know in our country women are told not to do any ritual during their Mensuration ? For someone to become a Sadhu... You need to do Sadhna which last days, months and sometimes years. Now with all the misguidance, younger women can't do it mainly because of fear of repercussions of continuing the Sadhna during periods.
