Whenever you are required to pay for something for a job, that itself should have been a red flag.

Am sure the document you signed has some ridiculous stuff written in it which would prevent you from getting a refund.

lg, voltas, samsung, ifb, whirlpool are fine.

hisense ac failed in middle of summer, they sent a guy who claimed there was no thermal sensor.

then company changed internal pcb after 1 month. didn't work, so after 2nd month they sent outdoor pcb, but the technician didn't change it saying ac is fine, just do cleaning.

the ac remained unfixed, warranty was over.
