PHP had too many cooks in the kitchen. The jokes were mostly derived from the first HP movie. While it had its moments, nothing will capture the sheer magic of the first one. It was epic acting especially from Paresh Rawal that took the cake. 2nd was good but had lost the novelty factor.

While the memes have revived it somewhat, do remember that when the movie came out, it was considered as a lazy sequel attempt. Although I still liked it, it just didn’t kick in like the first one.
