yes definitely. you only see the ones on social media because youre on social media. and most (not all) of those people are just fairly good at faking it. once you actually talk shop with them deeply enough youll start to see holes in a lot of their stories. completely abstaining probably has a higher rate of success than engaging with social. it takes a lot of time or a lot of skill for social to move the needle at all
