I was raised almost fully outside kerala, my parents purely spoke malayalam to me until I started school- I’m not even being funny I didn’t really know English when I started school despite living in a fully English country. It sounds like your son will do fine with English and Dutch with his friends and TV, I’d recommend just talking to him in Malayalam as yous are already doing and encouraging him to speak it at home , as others have mentioned malayalam movies help a lot as well. It honestly depends I think of how much he is exposed to at his younger years as I think my Malayalam has slowly started getting worse as I use it less now compared to being at home.

This is a tax question for a tax attorney. If you are getting paid a wage, regardless of ownership in the company, you are expected to pay your share in income tax. There is no special treatment for owners vs non-owner employees of any business entity type.

How you claim that income could be a bit different though. Getting a salary is different than a dividend (like owner distributions would go). Again, a tax attorney is the person you want to ask these questions to, not reddit IMO.

As others have said, you are both an owner in terms of equity and an employee, since the company is paying you a wage. So you should have legal documents outlining both of those areas to protect yourself as well as the company. Same goes for the CEO.
