Bottom is relative, people don't understand that. Support breaks? Next support might be the bottom. The cycle repeats. We can judge on the basis of multiple tools depending on the skill level to become good at finding such supports. Be it fibonacci, some trendline, supply zone or a moving average. Unless a market bounces up from a support, no one can tell if bottom was made.

Think of it like cooking food. Unless the taste is just right and it's cooked properly, you wouldn't know if it's ready. Timing if it's gonna be done in 2, 3 , 15 minutes is technically possible but of very low probability.

In short, wait for the market to bounce the fuck up. It'll scream green. That's when you know is the best chance to enter because bottom is made and we're about to take off. Par usme mein SL laga lena varna anal hojata hai kabhi kabhi.

If you think logicqlly, you guys need to approach this with a plan. Quitting screens cold turkey could be very problematic, so take it phase by phase. Start by avoiding the video and playing only the audio of the content she likes.. give her toys she can engage meanwhile listening to the audio, interactive and fidget toys. That needs to be done for atleast two weeks. Once that phase is over, cut the audio and you need to give her activity based play time. For eg sand pit playing session or you can buy her a kitchen set and show her how ppl cook in the kitchen he/she’ll slowly imitate things like this and get used to such activities.

Try to avoid sadhna of mantra in periods. Texts want you to rest. You can do naam jaap. No rules there.
