Maybe start preparing for SSC CGL without leaving your job and attempt the exam scheduled in June/july. Depending on the result you can decide.

There is huge competition for govt exams these days (last year tier 1 cutoff for general category is 151/200) so take that into consideration also.

You can use testbook(for giving mocks) and many telegram (just search SSC CGL lectures in telegram) and youtube channels for lectures (they teach shortcuts and tricks to solve)

I am 65 kg and so i target somewhere around 100-110 grams of protein every day
One scoop whey with water that's 24 grams , after morning workout

I eat rolled oats 100 grams that's 20 grams { that's breakfast }

Fir my lunch is whatever ghar pe bana he so not much protein in that but i drink alot of buttermilk

Then sprouts 150 grams , i usually eat matki since it's the easiest to digest among all so that's 20 grams or more

Another half whey scoop { mid day after basic cardio usually]

Then dinner i have sabji of paneer or sprouts or soya
To 20 grams there

That's how i target my protein intake , i am planning to cancel the half whey scoop and switch it with amul protein buttermilk in future

Basically he has motive to see the US fall, and now because of musk he has opportunity.
