ME2 has 6+2 seats in EWS, So is the maximum Change allowed 43x15%=6.45 (6 or 7) or 35x15%=5.25 (5 or 6)?

Finally got a call after 4 days saying they’ve raised a ticket for my issue. They admitted that the mistake was on their side, but now they are saying IT and Accounts teams need to be involved to process the resolution. They assured me that I’ll get my refund, but it’s going to take time (how much, nobody knows).

I’ll wait, but if I don’t get my refund, I’m definitely filing a complaint.

Important Note for Everyone:

Check your final bill before paying! You’ll get a pre-invoice once the service is done, but that’s not the actual invoice. The real invoice is generated only after payment and they don’t give a physical copy—it’s sent to your mail.

In my case, the invoice took some time to arrive, so I couldn’t verify the discount immediately. If you’re using an AMC coupon, confirm that the discount is applied before making the payment.
