Surely if they are low quality and not impacting traffic they were just what we call in the marketing field "vanity metrics". It does depend on the industry, but video content can have significant value. Basically, try to be as authentic as possible and build out your various "entities" across the web and you'll see your actual traffic and actual customer base grow. Happy to advise via DM too.
