Believe it or not, ChatGPT is unbileveably of great help. Continuing my never ending battle against bulge and trying to get in shape. Haven’t had blood work done in a while but I’m sure it’s terrible. Gotta eat healthier. In general just taking better care off of myself, especially my appearance. I caught a glimpse of my reflection in the screen as I was playing video games and was shocked how terrible I looked. I’ve never been a looker, but I truly let myself go. I know some of it is just the aging process since I’m still my forties.
