I still remember once I talked to the manager that handles IR in an HDFC branch and he straightaway denied to offer any better rates than what is on their website. But in my case, it was under $5K.

They do negotiate if your transaction amount > $5K. You should have got better rates.

I use IOB, and in India, IOB only offers the best rate. But then their service is not that great but it saves money. Their rates are in diffrence of 0.4 INR. You could have got it under 0.1 or 0.2 INR with negotiation.

open a south american style fenced street football ground, high investment but low maintenance. people won't mind paying 300-400-500. they already pay 1300 for turfs
