Non- Lactating , Non- Pregnant women means those who are getting periods, and loses blood significantly. Lose in blood indeed makes iron levels and anemia concerning. But it doesn't mean that you have to change the vegetarian diet.

It's generally recommended by every doctor to take Iron pill for females who undergoes periods. And Little modification in diet should be recommended, specifically for these females.

There are some thin RFID shield cards available. Place them in such a manner that your credit/debit cards are shielded but metro card isn’t.

My workaround? I keep 2 metro cards (if NCMC cards were not shit I would have kept that instead) — 1 in wallet (100-200 recharge; backup card) and 1 in right front pocket (barely used except for metro card) which is what I always use (500-1000 recharge as this is my main card).

(Why not in back of my phone? I keep my phone au naturelle, besides I would rather not go around tapping/swiping my phone on random metro entry terminals in a country like India)
