Dude, dont get me wrong. We indians invite racism. Because we hate each other inside india. Just think, we fight over religion,caste,language and whatever diversity we have. Those who think if we left india we can live peacefully in other countries and they are totally wrong. I really admire this city, its people, and its natural beauty with lakes and trees. But this healthy discussion about traffic, corruption, civic amenities is what makes a democracy functional. 

If we just keep singing praises, then public servants become lethargic. As long as we keep them on their toes, that’s how we at least see slight improvements.
