You're not alone in this, this is a normal occurence for a 19 year old. Around this age humans are normaly trying to establish their own identity and come to terms with the reality they're livin in, it's a regular process. It means you're reflecting on your surroundings, daily habits and your personality, as well as goals. The crux is not to get drawn into a maelstorm of desperation because your current live doesnt match your idealized version of it and the expectations people have. Don't try to pressure yourself, take slow steps, find new interests or meet people, some things take time to fall into place and you're really young, your life can still go anywhere.

On a personal note: When I was a bit older than you, I changed my career path completely and now I've finished my masters in a different education. It took some time to realize what I want to do, but I'm really happy with the situation I'm in now and I still look back on my past activities and occupations with joy even if I didnt like them, since every experience, whether it be good or bad, can help you grow.

Sometimes it also helps to have a change of scenery, maybe do an exchange abroad or sum to get some new perspectives. The world is big and frightening, but be assured you're not alone in this.
