We always shared something eventually, but it would be in the data room after multiple conversations. I assume you’ve looked at their portfolio. Have they invested in any competitors? Is it possible they did recently but it isn’t publicly disclosed? I’m assuming you mean a financial model and not just a pitch deck?

Outside of that, and not seeing you mention NDA outside the subject line, no early investor with their salt will ever sign an NDA. Suggesting it will likely have them thank you for reaching out but they’re likely not a good fit.
