Contact a good dermatologist or trichologist, not the richfeel or these branded hair shops which sell snake oil, get it evaluated and take necessary treatment. At this age this is certainly reversible. Don’t jump into hair dyes or any such thing without a medical advice. If you were above 40 or 50 situation was different and hair dyes are a solution. But not at 18.
