And we here in Rajasthan are now opening to this dating cultures but still we all do have some conservative and rudimentary thinking especially people from rural background. Hi I'm that guy who quit his 1st job to do an MBA. I mean not from your office tho. My advice would be "DON'T PLEASE", ik silence is so loud I've been there.

Bro at least you had few members at first, when I joined I was the only one...... Daily I go to my office report to my boss, do my work, report to him again in the afternoon, get thrashed for making silly mistakes, go to the dining hall, have my lunch...... Sometimes won't have my lunch, cry for the 20 mins that I had for lunch worrying about my future, come back to my desk, work till 8-9pm. Now no job, final year MBA scared af, trying my best to no message things up, aana andha future pathina dear mattum poga matengudhu.

If you are switching jobs, go ahead but if you are quitting to do some higher studies full-time.... I'd say plan your things accordingly and do it in a prestigious institution and have connections cause this far what I've learnt in MBA is 'you can't fookin survive in this world without networking'

From what I've heard, Japan is a highly collectivist culture which emphasizes the welfare of the group over the whims of the individual. The Japanese expect people to consider their effect on the community, and those who won't cooperate and get along with others aren't tolerated.

Contrast that with an individualistic culture like the one in my country, the US of A, where there is an abundance of solipsistic assholes who think only about their own feelings and their own troubles, and not at all about their obligations towards the people around them. Over here, the question of "what should I be doing for others?" never crosses people's minds, and instead there's an obsession with the opposite question, "what do others owe me?" That's why it's common here to encounter people who think that their bad day should be your problem as well.

Obviously, assholes are found everywhere and no culture is perfect. Japan has its own serious social issues. But if you want to be able to go outside and see clean streets, and people who conduct themselves to a level where they seem like decent human beings and not sentient masses of scum, then I think that the Eastern way of things is better suited for that.

We need to create a lot of affordable rental (high-rise) apartments just outside the highest density areas of Delhi and then start shifting these people to those apartment. Places like Narela, etc. can be populated like this while opening up space in inner Delhi.
