They were quick to back down when I pointed out that this would be quite ineffective if a person was in quick motion tho, they were selling it for 3.3k. Idk if this is worth it, but their sales pitch was convincing enough to fool the average man.

Hey guys I'm a student at iit let me state some facts. I was organizer at tf I will totally agree with poor manegment and stampede every year even like us iitb student don't get the chance to visit some flagship events like robo wars. Now many people are saying we should sell the tickets. Broo we are non profit we don't want anyone to feel like ki paise ki wajah se nhi dekh paye.. We can donate the money for sure but we don't encourage such things also it's like first time forget manging even attending such a fest for like 95% of us iitb students not saying we are naive soryy can't handle shit but the things is lets be considerate and be real the quality of fest gone down after covid now our senior don't have ground experience forget us who just knows Newtons laws of motion. I totally agree we should be more like our institute but we are an independent body our qs ranking doesnt ensure our quality of fest it is not a determining factor and again we tried our best if just some people listen to stand stamped of 100s is due to some dozen impatient people now I understand standing 4h after spending like 7-8k is so unjustified and I would be frustrated too but we did trying our best and now I'm in moodi there will be delays there will be factors we can't control certainly that need money that comes from sponsors not institutes we need soft skills to controll thst factor and as I said most of us are here for learning aslo to organize the largest xyz fest by naive who want to learn and experience something new. Also incredibly soryy if our fest let's you down. We are improving.
