Mumbai auto drivers were equally strange. Meter showed ₹31. He took 30 and before I could even search for change he left. Thought that was outlier.

Then when this repeated twice in the same day I realised that's how it works there. Third time I had to really hold him and convince him that I am not looking for the 3 rupees back from him.

Next time just ask them which police station are you reporting from. Will give some orgs name and leave you the hell alone

Instead of revolving the boundary road to reach prem bazar, the outsiders were entering campus via the puri gate and exit from prem bazaar gate this made a lot of traffic on the main avenue road of the campus so they made the gate permanently closed

A group of 10ish ppl from the bldg went to the police to complaint about shukla but the on duty officers refused to file an FIR, there officers being maharashtrians too. They only took action after the case went viral.
