Can I say the entire Haryana police is like this? My colleague from Kurukshetra faced a similar issue a few months back - except for the mobile phone part. Someone hit his car. The police came, listened to both sides, told my colleague to not waste their time for this minor issue, and sort it with the other party at his own end. The other party said, take my number, go to workshop and get damages evaluated, then we’ll see. And was never heard of again.
