1. Structural Engineer
2. Plumber
3. Electrician
4. Regular Mason for any other flaws (False ceiling, walls etc), are there any paint covers for damages etc.
5. Carpenter.

Take a call after the opinion of these folks. You wouldn't want to spend moolah on repair/restoration after purchase beyond certain ball point figure. And once you start repair works more and more issues pop up.

I stay in a house constructed back in 2014. Recently we had a termite issue - changed few doors and furniture. Then we realised the source is not wood, but due to the false ceiling. In all it consumed 45 days of work and spent enough moolah.

Now as I type, there's a Plumber at home to check for potential pipe damages and tomorrow I'm going get the electrical connections inspected.
