if you're a Gujarati and an extrovert, Rajkot will always be a better place to live in unless your work/business forces you to live in Amdawad. Everything is cheaper, price to quality ratio in food is way better, summers are more tolerable, people are more laid back, manufacturing sector is great in all nearby industrial areas like Chotila, etc

But BRTS is only public transport you get there, it's not as cosmopolitan as Amdawad, you'll need to learn Gujarati at some point to blend in (although everyone understands Hindi but you'll feel missed out) and Rajkot is more society oriented. If few neighbours block a street cuz some event you'll have to understand the "emotions" and live with it, you can complaint to police but you'll be treated as an outcast if you're a loner

Don't move to Rajkot if you're looking for a job. It's better to move there if you're going to start a business

It's a little overrated this performance, the voice modulation isn't there.

I went there 4 years ago. In the wave pool someone brought small stones with them and threw randomly at people. One hit my head and even my friend heard the sound of stone hitting my skull. Ruined my day.
