I was in a similar situation. I was getting in my car and another car just passed by in speed and i felt something wet on my feet. I turned around and saw a streak of red on the road, leading upto my white shoes and pants 😏. I already lost sight of him so i decided to wash myself.

But guess what, i found him 1-2 km ahead and used all my power to stop his car. He was a 19 year old kid. I had a huge fight with him and created a scene. Bichara bohot darr gaya tha. I felt bad later on that maybe I was too harsh.

Well if you would've taken science in 11th & 12th you don't need to write the papers again as they would've been covered in board exams therefore people with non science background ie commerce & arts need to write the physics & maths paper
Edit- you can check with a open university if they allow you to write the papers
