Beware of royal rooms 22a pg
I stayed there for six months and I agree. The owner is a POS. Food hygiene is the worst and if you are staying there, forget about your deposit.
I guess most of the pgs here in gurgaon are like that.
If you are looking for pg recommendations, try moms pg in sector 22. I left it in September last year and there was no issue with the deposit. They also resolve the issues quickly.
Food is good but might get bored after sometime since they generally have the same menu for the weekend with some changes here and there. -
Why do rich people go to salons to wash their hair and blow dry but carry their own Dyson and hair products ( shampoo conditioner leave in etc etc )
There is nothing more luxurious in the world than having your hair washed by professional using luxury products. -

Looking for classical tournaments in Mumbai
[https://aicf.in/all-events/](https://aicf.in/all-events/)
You can find all the events in India here, the link is also available in the otb guide I had posted earlier
There seems to be quite a few tournaments in March in Maharashtra but only one is located in Mumbai but that's U-15 so you can go there if you are eligible....and even if you cannot, there are plenty of fide rating tournaments happening in Mumbai round the year so just be on the lookout -

Attention foodpreneurs of Madurai! How is your food business treating you?
I have the experience of running a restaurant and also closed it down due to a variety of factors. Food business is good to get into, if you are passionate about it. If you think you can make quick money, then it's going to be difficult to digest for you.
1. You are speaking about a street cart? I am not sure about the legality and paperwork behind it. That's something you want to firstly check so that you don't want to be at the mercy of authorities always.
2. My estimation for a decent cart would 3 - 5 lacs.
3. One of the key factors is a recipe that will stand out. Do you have it? How is the cake, momo, or soup you make is going to stand out?
4. You can do without that too. Most restaurants operate that way. There is enough demand for products that are not differentiated and are 'me too' kind. In that case, there is always a risk of losing out to competitor who might offer better service, fancy ambience etc. Competition is cut throat by the way.
5. The category you mentioned is price sensitive and low margin. The problem is you have to sell more and it's a volume game. Would you want to focus on one category or sell from many categories? There are pros and cons for both.
6. COGS - Cost of Goods Sold. This is the raw material cosy. You need to keep it under 40% of sales value.
7. Economics for online orders will shock you. Zomato as well as Swiggy would charge you 35% of the sale value. That would leave you a gross margin of 25%. That's the 25% you will use to pay rent, electricity, other utilities, salaries and if there is anything left, your profit too.
8. Real estate and location will determine your footfall. The options for setting up stalls are very limited and it's the seller's market. Landlords dictate the terms.
9. Take into account seasonality. Madurai goes through several cycles and festivals in a year and the proportion of non veg eaters keep oscillating.
10. And top it all, Madurai follows a fad. Restaurants and eateries stay in vogue for a very short span. The crowd is always on the lookout for something new and loyalty, long standing relationship is very hard to build. That too in the category you are targetting.
Having said these, there is enough scope to make money if you play your cards right. -
Finally someone said it
I agree with the guy. Understanding the context and premises of a particular statement is really important as a person and more important as a therapist. Therapists are supposed to understand why mental reactions happen to certain events based on patterns of the past and then try to unveil them. Invalidating people's emotions and reactions based on \`better than thou\` attitude is not a good thing to have as a therapist.
She(ajeeb bakri) is a person who is extremely patronizing and suffers from god complex. I dont want these people as acquaintances let alone as a therapist who I am going to share my deepest insecurities. In western countries people would bash such kind of mental health "experts". -
