then they see all the clickbaity posts saying "petrol will cost 40rs/liter is XX" happens when ethanol goes blah blah blah, and they think to themselves "oh, thats good, petrol will be cheaper", they don't understand that most of the times, this discount is not delivered to us, the end consumers , i've seen E20 being sold for higher price than regular E10, idk if we can call it E10 anymore, i've read we've already crossed more than E15 nationwide
