The difference between jagan and cbn is jagan made most of his liabilities through corporation. He created mant new corporation and each corporation had a chairmen . He did that for political satisfaction of his party members. Starting from sbi , most of the loans made through the corporation. In reality there is no office or staff for some corporation. Andhra is the only state that has been repeatedly ignored by centre since 10 yrs but still both large parties wants to fight among themselves rather than fighting together against centre for the benefit of the state just like how dmk and AIDMK does. To make it precise fiscal deficit of andhra in 2015 is 7000 crs and by 2019 it js 35000 crores and by 2024 it is 68000 crores . So looking from a bird eye view both looked equal in creating the financial burden to AP people . Capital expenditure in 2018 is 40000 crs . In 2023 , it has fallen to 23000 crs that yr . In 2024 interim budget under cbn it was raised again to 34000 crs . Debt to gdp in 2014 is 24% and it was brought down to 22% in 2018 and was increased to 27% in 2022-23.
