    Kfc style chicken fry. Used the wrong type of buttermilk(amul masala buttermilk), seasonings were proportionally off by a big margin and tried to fry it in coconut oil. The outside became so hard and the insides weren't cooked as well in the coconut oil. Went spectacularly bad and the taste was spectacularly bad.
