3. No proof no money.

I get that you have immediate financial needs to prioritize and I would encourage that. You need to be all in to do a startup right. I’m a VC and not much of an angel, but I feel like you should be transparent about whether you really have a chip on your shoulder that aligns with the customer pain point. If you don’t have the fire in your belly to do something about that chip on your shoulder I worry if you’re not gonna have the vision to change the world and a capability to build a world-class team around that vision. Without these fundamentals, I worry that you’re not gonna have a proper exit, so it might not be what this angel you’re talking to had in mind from a returns perspective.
