    The rebranding was done around 2011.
    Before that, we had Wonderla in Bangalore and Veegaland in Kochi. At this point, they planned for a long term goal of starting in Chennai and Hyderabad. If they have to keep Veegaland and Wonderla branding - that means they need to have new names for Chennai and Hyderabad. That was the pivotal point of branding everything to Wonderla as Wonderla was the brand already familiar with Chennai / Hyderabad population because of the existing higher visibility of Bangalore Wonderla over Kochi Veegaland.
