('Good' here is subjective to the Mom Test book. You don't want positive feedback on your product, you want them to have the problem pain enough).
\- Build your MVP as quickly as possible and launch to your test users
\- Do as many cycles of iteration as you think you need to polish it enough to 'launch'
\- At the same time, create an ICP and work on your problem statement, pitch, deck if you're wanting to VC fund

After that your path will look different, you could go VC route, you could bootstrap, use growth led marketing, outbound, conferences etc. Basically you have a lot of tools to grow your user base and learn from them what to build.

In short, you shouldnt be building if you don't know you have at least an 'x' amount of users waiting for it.
