Introvert Struggling at the Gym, Feeling anxious, any Advice!
Same guy same boat, maybe just 1.5 years ago. As you've correctly pointed out, the unfamiliarity is the reason for anxiousness here.
First thing first, people in the gym don't really think about you. Curios 2-3 sec, at max, look-up maybe because you're in the vicinity.
Go during non-rush hour, ask the trainer about the machines when required(very important). Keep to yourself and dont think much, you should be fine.
Else you could join gyms/centres which provide group workouts(eg Cult fit), where you workout for 50 mins with 20 others, whatever the trainer says that day. This will clear any anxiety you might have. Take maybe classes for 3-6 months. Gain confidence being around people, and workout techniques, then switch to normal gyms.
Cheers, good thing you're prioritising your fitness. -
Judge suggests temporary order blocking DOGE from Treasury records
Too late, I'm sure that's already on a million thumbdrives or something. -
Damn , 14/2 = 7
Bruh it’s crazy because koach went from 14 runs 5 balls to 50 from 48 balls until the last session. Wow. And scored last 26 runs in 11 balls. Thank god for axar who was in same position as koach but kept going very well and dube’s cameo for putting up a defendable total. -
This is getting out of hand! It's high time we vote for new parties(not BJP)
Isn’t the election commission under the central government responsibility? Somebody correct me if I’m wrong. -

Search of better future ended in chains & shackles...story of illegal immigrants deported from US
I don't think many understand.
The risk of chains is worth the reward of foreign settlement for so many people.
If you told them if people die from this particular cliff to be reborn in a western country - so so many would.
And that is a problem. They have little to no faith in the Indian systems.
On that note, Indian systems and community is also not that better to be reassuring. -
What is he doing in this photo? Wrong answers only
He was about to signal out. Thala looked at him angrily (like he did in 2020). Then, as usual, umpire changed his decision and signaled boundary.
Thala for a reason

USAID was Investigating Starlink’s Contracts in Ukraine
Every SpaceX, Tesla, starlink contract, and tax cut that happens during this administration, democrats need to flood the airwaves even go on Fox and repeat the simple phrase "We have money for Elon Musk, but not veterans." Or "We have money for Elon Musk, but not the homeless." Or "We have money for Elon Musk but not groceries" etc, etc. Make the obvious corruption argument simple enough to put on a bumper sticker and repeat it nonstop everyday for the next four years. -

If you're needing to relaunch, you might have missed steps. To validate before you build, you should be talking to potential users. Ideally, you should ask them to try your product (depending on the type of product) for free. If you can't get people to try out your project for free, then its probably dead in the water. If its because you don't have a network in the industry or niche that you're building then offering lifetime deals occasionally helps.
There's load of theory and practical around this from the likes of Steve Blank (his 2-3 meeting framework) or the mom test from Rob Fitzpatrick.
In short, typical it would look like this:
\- Subtly 'interview' up to x number of users who you think has the problem you're trying to solve with your product
\- If you get 'good' responses from these without mentioning your product and just talking about the solution, approach some of them a second time and tell them you're building something for that problem and would they like to try it. ('Good' here is subjective to the Mom Test book. You don't want positive feedback on your product, you want them to have the problem pain enough).
\- Build your MVP as quickly as possible and launch to your test users
\- Do as many cycles of iteration as you think you need to polish it enough to 'launch'
\- At the same time, create an ICP and work on your problem statement, pitch, deck if you're wanting to VC fund
After that your path will look different, you could go VC route, you could bootstrap, use growth led marketing, outbound, conferences etc. Basically you have a lot of tools to grow your user base and learn from them what to build.
In short, you shouldnt be building if you don't know you have at least an 'x' amount of users waiting for it. -
"Easy" way to get more money into your Roth IRA than usual (more than the backdoors)
I guess? But if you are going to take directional risk just don't do the down leg? Why make yourself lose money?
Here is a better way, if you have a >60% conviction a stock is going to go up, buy deep ITM calls out a long ways, get 2-3x performance. -

Kraken may know Satoshi's identity: Coinbase director
Satoshi seemed to understand the importance of his privacy from the beginning so I'd be surprised if he slipped up giving personal details to an exchange. If that were the case, then why wouldn't Bitcointalk forums also have access to his real IP? Making sure you're working through a proxy at every login and post would be subject to a few slip-ups. -
Kraken may know Satoshi's identity: Coinbase director
tldr; Coinbase director Conor Grogan speculated that Kraken and its founder, Jesse Powell, might know Satoshi Nakamoto's identity due to Kraken's 2016 acquisition of CaVirtEx, a Canadian crypto exchange. This speculation arises from blockchain data linking Satoshi's wallets to a withdrawal address at CaVirtEx. Grogan suggests that Kraken may have retained customer data that could reveal Satoshi's identity. Despite ongoing mystery and claims by figures like Craig Wright, the crypto community often believes it's best for Satoshi to remain anonymous.

Kraken may know Satoshi's identity: Coinbase director
If there is a chance that the link is in that customer database, Kraken should probably delete it before they even look at it themselves, for their own interest. -
Maharastra's biggest industrial plot sold for 98% discount, leading to huge revenue loss for Government!
Isn't this a revenue loss in terms of stamp duty and registration cost? I see many comments missing this point.
98% less than market price means loss of approx 8000cr in revenue. -
