- Get a verified Google photographer to come photograph the inside and outside of your business
- GMB app on phone - take photos of office using app
- Review Locations - get reviews geographically spread out across the target area
- Reply to reviews
- Ensure you suggest corrections for anyone cheating on their listing by including their service in their listing name

Citations
- Ensure NAP (name, address, phone number) is consistent across all listings and directories. Use a service like BrightLocal or Semrush Local to do this. - Ensure that each site has a unique paragraph of content in description.
- Keep a list of all these listings.
- Have an “Online Profile” page on website which is linked to in footer. On this page have a link to each one of your online profiles, directory listings, etc...

Other tips
- Register on Bing Places
- Use the Waze app to create a listing for your business.
- When people are coming to location - send them a Google location link for Google Maps. This sends signals to Google that people are physically coming to your business.

Once you sell it, you have to buy it within some time. I don't know that exact period but it's between Months to 6 months I guess. So if you don't buy within that time frame you will not be eligible to buy agriculture land in future. I would suggest. Keep some amount of land like 1-2 acres so you can buy in future and sell the rest of it if you are in need of money. I hope this helps..

Being technical does not make someone immune to bad outputs, especially when the errors are subtle but convincing.

LLMs are making huge strides in business tasks, and agentic workflows are a real shift.

But LLMs also have fundamental limitations baked into their architecture. No matter how advanced they get, they are still predictive models, not reasoning engines.

Before we see wholesale job replacement in either technical or non-technical fields, we will need entirely new AI architectures.

The next few years will be about breaking past those limitations, especially for autonomous agents that can handle complex workflows without human oversight.
